Overview
The Community and Knowledge Specialist will manage institutional relationships with civil society actors and drive knowledge and impact activities related to responsible governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management and engagement of priority civil society constituents.
- Develop strategic value propositions and connect their expertise to relevant Forum Centres, initiatives, events and leadership communities.
- Serve as a knowledge partner by identifying, synthesizing and translating research, emerging trends, case studies and stakeholder perspectives related to governance, business integrity, trust, social licence and civil society impact into actionable insights.
- Drive community activities such as Faith in Action and support the development and delivery of other priorities across the Forum’s governance, integrity and trust agenda.
- Develop clear briefings, presentations and other materials that communicate the team’s insights, initiatives and impact to internal and external audiences.
Required Experience
- 5-6 years of relevant professional experience, spanning research, policy, strategic advisory, knowledge development, programme design or multistakeholder engagement.
- Ability to develop strategic relationships with leading civil society organizations and deepen their engagement across the Forum’s Centres, initiatives and leadership communities.
- Experience in strategic partnerships and relationship management, including proven ability to engage at senior executive and C-suite level.
Qualifications
Master’s degree or equivalent in public policy, international affairs, governance, political science, business and society, development studies or another relevant field.
