Overview

The Driver will provide reliable and secure driving services for project personnel and delivery of items, contributing to the achievement of project outputs through the organization of transportation aspects of project activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive project vehicles for the transport of authorized personnel and delivery/collection of mail, documents, and other items.
  • Assist the project in delivery of official correspondence, with logistics, including customs clearance, visit airport and warehouse.
  • Meet official personnel at the airport and facilitate immigration and custom formalities.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle, checking fluids, brakes, tires, etc.
  • Log official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, oil changes, greasing, and report monthly.
  • Perform minor repairs and ensure the vehicle is kept clean.
  • Provide a brief report on the vehicle's technical condition and planned expenses monthly.
  • Take immediate actions required by rules, regulations, and laws in case of involvement in accidents.
  • Perform other duties within the incumbent’s functional profile as assigned.
Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of work experience as a driver with a safe driving record.

Qualifications

Secondary education is required. A valid driving license is required (category B).

Fluency in Uzbek and Russian is required.
Languages Preferred
Knowledge of English is advantage.
