Overview
Provide reliable and secure driving services for project personnel and delivery of items. Ensure cost-saving through proper vehicle use and maintenance, and take immediate actions in case of accidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive project vehicles for authorized personnel transport and delivery of mail/documents.
- Assist with logistics, including customs clearance, airport and warehouse visits.
- Meet personnel at the airport and facilitate immigration/customs formalities.
- Perform day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
- Log official trips, mileage, and consumption.
- Perform minor repairs and keep the vehicle clean.
- Report on the vehicle's technical condition and planned expenses.
- Take immediate actions in case of accidents or traffic violations.
- Assist with pouch, procurement, workshops, and other administrative tasks.
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of work experience as a driver with a safe driving record.
Qualifications
Secondary education is required. A valid driving license is required (category B).
