Overview
Consultant to provide specialized expertise to diagnose key operational barriers, strengthen systems and processes, improve leadership and team capability, and support implementation of a performance turnaround roadmap for the in-house F2F operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a structured diagnostic of the in-house F2F operation.
- Develop a prioritized turnaround and scaling roadmap.
- Lead the strategic development and scaling of UNICEF Thailand’s In-House F2F Fundraising Programme.
- Strengthen donor acquisition quality and operational effectiveness.
- Provide strategic oversight of budgets, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and financial performance.
- Develop organizational capability and talent pipelines.
- Build the leadership and management capacity of the F2F management team.
- Enhance performance management and change management frameworks.
- Strengthen the management of fundraising agencies and external partners.
- Undertake in-country travel, if required.
