Support Gender-Responsive Budgeting (GRB) and its automation within Rwanda’s Public Financial Management System.
At least 5 years’ professional experience in public financial management, budgeting and/or gender-responsive budgeting (GRB), preferably in support of government; practical experience with budget / PFM information systems (IFMIS or equivalent) including requirements definition, configuration, testing or roll-out.
Master’s degree in one of the following fields: Economics, Public Finance, Public Policy, Gender and Development, Development Studies, or a related field.
