Overview
Develop a strategic framework for Every Woman, Every Newborn, everywhere (EWENE) in Mozambique, focusing on maternal and neonatal health interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a literature review of existing national and global documentation on maternal, child health, and family planning.
- Engage with stakeholders from relevant directorates and technical groups to identify intervention areas.
- Undertake field visits to assess the quality of health services in primary health units and hospitals.
- Facilitate workshops and incorporate feedback into the strategic framework.
- Develop the final strategic framework proposal in Portuguese, including budget, M7E plan, and costing.
- Validate the translation of the framework to English.
- Create a final presentation in PowerPoint format in Portuguese and English.
Required Experience
5 years of experience working on RMNCAH in Mozambique.
Qualifications
Advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Health or Public Health.
