Overview
This internship supports initiatives to enhance donor experience and strengthen relationships with UNHCR supporters by developing engaging content and assisting with communication programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support to produce online and/or offline donor communication materials.
- Support with research and development of donor communication materials.
- Manage and analyse donor communication engagement.
- Liaise with, monitor and review outsourced vendor services performance.
- Update reports from donor communication platforms.
- Support with planning and execution of donor events.
- Assist in monitoring, analysing and consolidating donor data.
- Manage donor enquiries when required.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Required Experience
Candidates must have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies in a field relevant or of interest to the work of UNHCR.
Qualifications
Recent graduate (having completed studies within two years of applying) or current student in a graduate/undergraduate school programme from a university or higher education facility accredited by IAU/UNESCO.
