Overview

The Legal Intern will support Legal Advisors on various legal themes and files, providing advice and legal support to operations and headquarters.

Tasks Summary

• Drafting notes, tools, and guidelines for operational staff
• Drafting and correction of contracts
• Following up on human resources disputes and litigation files
• Conducting legal research
• Archiving files in the legal database
• Potentially working on a specific Legal Dossier combining legal needs, academic requirements, and career links.

Experience Requirements

• Experience in a law firm, company, or legal department involving contract drafting and/or litigation management is an asset
• Experience in litigation follow up is an asset
• Experience in risk analysis and assessment using a comparative approach would be an asset.

Qualification Requirements

• Diploma Master 2 in Law, preference for corporate private law (contract, employment, supply, etc.)
• Intern PPI of a Law School
• Other equivalent education / experience
• A tripartite internship agreement is mandatory.

Languages Required: English: excellent writing and communication skills

Languages Preferred: French: Fluent

Contract Duration: 6 to 9 months, according to internship agreement

Work Modality: Based in Geneva, Switzerland
