Conduct research and analysis to produce background materials, reports, and assessments. Support the Head of the Futures and Foresight Lab in developing innovative solutions for policing issues.
Tasks Summary
- Conduct futures and foresight research including environmental scanning and scenario planning.
- Analyze and report on emerging crime trends and digital security threats.
- Identify and highlight emerging "red flags" and potential cross-sector linkages.
- Coordinate development of innovative methodologies for research and analysis.
- Identify and define futures and foresight needs of the law enforcement community.
- Build a platform for engagement with external experts, academia, research institutions, and think tanks.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
Experience Requirements
Experience in research and analysis within the Innovation Centre, supporting the Head of the Futures and Foresight Lab.
Qualification Requirements
