Overview
The IT Business Analyst - AI Transformation role bridges business and IT, evaluating needs, identifying opportunities, and managing roadmaps for AI transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in project initiation, drafting concept notes and project proposals
- Analyse project opportunities and identify existing products to leverage
- Collect business needs and change requests, developing end-to-end use cases
- Determine features/user stories and create functional specifications
- Coordinate with Solutions Architects for technical specifications
- Screen the market for off-the-shelf solutions
- Participate in call for tender processes
- Follow up on IT projects within their perimeter
- Prioritize features/user stories and adjust specifications
- Assist business during product launch, including testing and adoption strategies
- Elaborate training materials and conduct user training
- Create communication channels with the Support team
- Propose improvements and automation for business processes and associated products
