Overview

Support the Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Directorate by organising events, managing documents, and providing general administrative assistance. The role involves supporting working parties and ensuring smooth operations within the Division's front office team.


Tasks Summary
  • Organise workshops, meetings, and conferences, including logistical arrangements and secretarial support
  • Organise and prepare official missions, including travel and expense processing
  • Assist in the preparation, proof-reading, and formatting of documents and publications
  • Draft correspondence and maintain record management systems
  • Upload documents and assist with website material preparation
  • Prepare contracts and payment orders for experts
  • Act as back-up to other support staff
  • Suggest improvements to administrative processes

Experience Requirements
  • Relevant experience as an assistant, preferably in an international organisation
  • Experience in organising meetings both on site and outside
  • Experience in the preparation of documents and publications
  • Good knowledge of administrative rules and procedures of an organisation or similar environment

Qualification Requirements
  • Post-secondary level of education
  • Office management and secretarial studies would be an advantage
Other Details

Languages Required: Fluency in one of the two OECD official languages (English and French)

Languages Preferred: Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, the other OECD official language• Knowledge of other languages

Contract Duration: 13-month fixed-term appointment, with the possibility of renewal to a maximum of 36 months

Work Modality: Full-time

Remuneration: Monthly salary starts at 3,809 EUR, plus allowances based on eligibility, exempt of French income tax
