Overview
Support HR projects and initiatives, including strategic HR corporate projects, process improvement, and talent management activities.
Tasks Summary
- Support project communications and documentation, including drafting internal HR documents and stakeholder communications
- Contribute to the development of stakeholder PowerPoint presentations and other materials
- Support the coordination of stakeholder meetings, HRM events, and training sessions, including logistical arrangements
- Support with regular tracking and validation of HR data from various sources
- Provide administrative and operational support such as managing shared mailboxes, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements
- Participate in other talent management activities and projects
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in an international setting and/or in human resources would be a strong advantage
- Strong attention to detail is necessary
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear, well-structured, and insightful PowerPoint presentations, would be a significant advantage
Qualification Requirements
Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communication, Education, Law, International Relations or any other relevant field of study would be an advantage
