Overview

The Sales Administration Officer supports the Product Strategy and Sales (PSS) Unit, overseeing data and publication sales, licensing, and compliance policy. The role is responsible for sales administration.

Tasks Summary

• Manage the IEA webstore, including handling orders, issuing invoices, and monitoring customer databases
• Provide customer service by responding to requests, inquiries, and claims
• Assist with product uploads to the webstore and liaise with other IEA services
• Register payments in the OECD financial information system and validate payments in the Webstore
• Follow up with clients on pending invoices
• Assess customer needs and apply IEA data compliance policy
• Negotiate license agreements and draft contracts
• Prepare quarterly financial reporting and ad-hoc analytical reporting on sales activity

Experience Requirements

• Experience in administrative tasks and processes
• Ideally in marketing and/or sales in data/information services
• Ideally experience in a public institution or international organization that sells publications or data

Qualification Requirements

• Higher education diploma (BA/Bsc or equivalent) in a relevant discipline/area

Languages Required: • Fluency in English

Languages Preferred: • Very good level in French• Knowledge of other languages

Contract Duration: 24-month employment contracts with the possibility of renewal

Work Modality: on-site

Remuneration: • Monthly salary starts at 4 422.72 EUR, plus allowances based on eligibility, exempt of French income tax
