- Integrates Principles of Responsible Investments
- Conducts portfolio reviews and analysis
- Explores opportunities in publicly traded REITs
- Performs fundamental analysis of potential real estate investments
- Synthesizes investment research and discusses with experts
- Uses Excel modeling for investment analysis
- Attends investment conferences and seminars
- Contributes to specific investment recommendations
- Assists in reporting to senior management and governing bodies
- Promotes transparency and accountability
- Travels domestically and/or internationally at least once monthly
Experience Requirements
- Demonstrated ability and strong knowledge of investing in Commercial Real Estate markets private equity investment structures as well as portfolio management
- Demonstrated ability and sound knowledge of applied economics, financial modeling, financial statement analysis, spreadsheet analysis and presentation creation
- Sound familiarity with valuation analysis as well as use of financial tools such as Bloomberg, Pitchbook, etc
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
- Good familiarity and knowledge of global commercial real estate investing
- Demonstrated experience or sound knowledge of the analysis and execution of publicly traded REIT investments
