Support J35 in managing information and task overview, acting as the J35 Information Management Officer and managing TOPFAS for J35 activities.

Tasks Summary

• Support J35 in managing information and task overview
• Provide staff support to Branch Head (BH) J35
• Act as the J35 Information Management Officer
• Manage and coordinate TOPFAS for all J35 activities
• Assist the JFCBS TOPFAS Manager/Superuser (J5) in ensuring correct TOPFAS implementation by J35
• Develop internal operating procedures pertaining to TOPFAS
• Support BH J35 OSB in managing the preparation, execution and evaluation of all activities related to the respective Joint Consultative Boards
• Undertake work as part of project teams or working groups

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years professional experience in planning, organising, directing, coordinating, controlling and evaluating the use of planning tools preferably TOPFAS
• Professional experience using office communication and information systems
• Professional experience in project management
• Professional experience working in, and leading, cross-functional teams

Qualification Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent in related subject/discipline

Other Details

Languages Required: English – good – NATO Standard Language Proficiency 3333 (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) in accordance with NATO standard agreement (STANAG) 6001

Contract Duration: 3-year definite duration contract

Remuneration: 7,428.83 Euro (EUR) Monthly
