Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner will deliver end-to-end recruitment services for a defined portfolio of populations, acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and candidates to ensure high-quality recruitment outcomes and improve practices.
Tasks Summary
- Partner closely with Métiers, Operations, and hiring managers on all Talent Acquisition activities
- Deliver a high-quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
- Proactively manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce needs analysis to final selection
- Design and apply appropriate assessment approaches
- Challenge recruitment briefs, assumptions, and traditional approaches
- Make sound and timely recruitment decisions
- Use recruitment data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools
- Use HRIS and recruitment systems (SAP SuccessFactors) effectively
- Support initiatives and process improvement

University degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
