Overview

Support the preparation and delivery of training programmes and maintain training sites.

Tasks Summary

• Support administration of training events, including invitations, questionnaires, and logistics notes
• Assist in shortlisting processes and manage participant communication
• Refine and contextualize weekly programmes
• Track inconsistencies and update training modules
• Develop new training modules and exercises
• Resolve technical problems on dialoguing.org and suggest platform improvements
• Review e-learning framework content and functionality
• Conduct research on civil-military coordination, humanitarian access, and protection
• Assist in training delivery, reporting, and knowledge management

Experience Requirements

• Experience in training support is required.
• Knowledge of standard software applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams) is required.
• Proficiency with collaborative tools (Google docs, slides, sheets) is required.
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign) is required.
• Fully proficient computer skills, including web-based google platforms, is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access and experience in knowledge management is desirable.
• Experience in humanitarian affairs and/or civil-military coordination is desirable.

Qualification Requirements

• Enrolled in, or recently completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher)
• OR enrolled in, or recently completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
