Overview
The Programme Officer (HR Budget and Programme Monitoring) role focuses on HR budget planning, programme monitoring, and analysis to ensure effective programme delivery and resource management.
Tasks Summary
- Support preparation and revision of medium-term plan and budget proposals
- Review and analyze quarterly Periodic Budgetary Reports, preparing forecasts and narratives
- Monitor overall budget implementation and resource utilization, prepare reports, and recommend adjustments
- Contribute to review, update, and monitoring of HR Strategy and Action Plan, tracking KPIs
- Support identification, assessment, and monitoring of risks at divisional and unit levels
- Coordinate divisional inputs for committees and corporate compliance reporting
- Support development and monitoring of Business Continuity Plan
- Prepare documents, reports, and guidelines on programme budgets and HR planning; collect and analyze data, visualize trends, and provide insights
Experience Requirements
Experience in HR budget planning, programme monitoring, and analysis; administration of extra-budgetary resources; audit support and follow-up; HR strategy implementation and performance monitoring; and support for business continuity planning.
Qualification Requirements
Advanced university degree
