Overview
Organizes and coordinates content production for the Private Sector Partnership (PSP) MENA team, supporting fundraising and engagement efforts.
Tasks Summary
- Develops and creates content for campaigns and fundraising platforms
- Coordinates creative content requests between teams and creative professionals
- Drafts English and Arabic copy for communications materials
- Transcribes and filters raw stories and interviews
- Supports digital team content strategy and fundraising goals
- Writes and coordinates content briefs for content collection missions
- Helps write, edit, and proofread content
- Creates project timelines and manages creative projects
- Holds brainstorms, creates concepts, and develops pitch decks
- Supports content gathering with UNHCR operations and PSP HQ
- Liaises with external agencies for production
- Drives opportunities based on data analysis and research
- Assesses content performance and makes recommendations for improvement
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year with a Bachelor’s degree in related experience leading creative/marketing professionals
- No years of experience required with a Master’s degree
- Significant experience in fundraising, external relations, and/or communications
- Experience drafting and reviewing English and Arabic communications
- Experience in content creation and video production
- Experience in high-level external relations
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders is a plus
- Working experience in the humanitarian field
