Overview
Responsible for UNFPA in Ukraine activities in information management, including assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation of data and statistical activities. Supports the Country Office Programme with data and statistical related activities.
Tasks Summary
- Analyze trends, risks, and data impacting Country Programme implementation
- Coordinate Country Office M&E activities
- Lead UNFPA's engagement in inter-agency processes related to data
- Provide technical guidance on data management activities
- Support analysis of primary and secondary data
- Support data security, protection, and responsible data-sharing
- Lead and undertake geospatial and statistical analysis
- Develop information management products
- Contribute to Country Programme preparation with data and indicators
- Develop/refine M&E framework
- Support monitoring quality assurance and technical advice
Experience Requirements
- Five years of relevant experience in data gathering, data management, and data analysis
- Experience working with data management tools such as Microsoft Power BI
- Previous experience working with an international organization in a humanitarian or development context
- Knowledge of international protection, human rights, and international humanitarian law is desirable
Qualification Requirements
• Advanced degree in International Relations, Social Sciences, Statistics, Information Management, Data Science, Demography, Computer Science, or other relevant field
