Overview
Responsible for ensuring quality implementation and daily operations of Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) programming in Gaza, including direct activities and interventions through local partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to planning, implementation, supervision, and monitoring of SRH programming
- Provide technical support to SRH-integrated projects
- Foster collaborative relationships with partner organizations
- Coordinate with field management teams and other sector departments
- Ensure timely preparation of progress reports and work plans
- Contribute to proposal development processes
- Strengthen capacities of partners and health staff
- Participate in local coordination mechanisms
- Ensure project activities comply with IRC and donor regulations
- Monitor program implementation against work plans and project objectives
- Support data collection, verification, and analysis for SRH indicators
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3-years of professional experience in health/SRH program management, including health in emergencies—INGO experience is required
- Clinical Health/ SRH background
- Understanding of Occupied Palestine context and health care system
- Experience in implementing systems and standards to enhance program quality
