Overview
Support the implementation of digital communications, public information, and visibility activities. Contribute to strengthening outreach and engagement efforts by supporting content production and social media management.
Tasks Summary
- Assist in drafting, editing, and producing digital content including social media posts, images, videos, and newsletters
- Support day-to-day management of social media channels, monitoring engagement, and preparing analytics summaries
- Assist in the production and dissemination of newsletters
- Support the maintenance and updating of IOM ROK’s and programme websites
- Assist in drafting, formatting, and distributing press releases and public information materials
- Support the production of branding and donor-visibility materials
- Maintain and organize digital content archives
Experience Requirements
- Experience or working knowledge of using social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Experience or working knowledge in marketing communications (advertising, graphic design, or video editing) is an advantage
- Experience using standard office software packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience working in an international organization is desirable
Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, International Development, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution
