Overview
Provides administrative support to the Aswan Area Office, performing various administrative tasks to support general office operations and staff. Coordinates and facilitates meetings and administrative activities across departments and sub-offices.
Tasks Summary
- Handle training logistics and requests for Aswan Office
- Vet and process accommodation requests
- Provide Prosave help
- Handle and prepare procurement processes for the administration department
- Track visitors and coordinate their accommodations and needs
- Handle Aswan Storage
- Represent the Admin. Unit in admin. and procurement committees
- Order office stationery and supplies
- Prepare monthly reports
- Manage office helpers, including attendance, leaves, and vacations
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of timesheets and prepare overtime sheets
- Coordinate monthly office rental payments
- Manage petty cash custody and payments
- Handle offline PRs and payments
- Keep hard copy resources in order and register new resources in shared folders
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- 1 year in the administrative field
- Worked in a similar NGO
Qualification Requirements
• University degree in Administration or related field
