- Develop and implement strategies to secure funding and resources for programs and initiatives in the Pacific region, focusing on health, education, economic security, protection, and climate resilience
- Lead preparation and submission of high-quality funding proposals
- Foster relationships with donors, partners, and government agencies
- Strengthen the organization's reputation and strategic positioning in the Pacific region
