Tasks Summary
- Participate in coordination meetings
- Support IM systems for cross-sector emergency coordination
- Facilitate information sharing
- Provide IM inputs for HPC products
- Establish data collection systems
- Compile multi-sector 4W
- Collect and analyze emergency data
- Produce situation reports, dashboards, maps, infographics, and partner activity summaries
- Maintain datasets and repositories
- Produce maps showing affected populations, partner presence, service gaps, and access constraints
- Maintain GIS layers
- Provide geographic analysis
- Support needs assessments
- Provide IM leadership in tool design
- Track and analyze needs, gaps, overlaps, and response coverage
- Support monitoring missions
- Train staff in Kobo/ODK, Excel, GIS tools, and reporting templates
- Strengthen data systems
- Support development of standardized reporting tools
- Maintain documentation repositories
- Support development of guidance notes, templates, and IM protocols
- Promote documentation and dissemination of lessons learned and good practices

Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Science, Public Health Information Systems, GIS/Mapping, WASH/Health Information Systems
