Overview
Provide support to Assisted Voluntary Return & Reintegration (AVRR) activities, including communication, referrals, and monitoring of assistance for AVRR beneficiaries.
Tasks Summary
- Assist in project implementation and monitoring
- Retrieve, compile, summarize, and present project data
- Monitor budget and verify fund availability
- Support administrative coordination of project implementation
- Draft status reports, correspondence, and other documentation
- Organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- Respond to information requests and maintain files
Experience Requirements
- Four years of relevant experience with a school diploma; or two years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree
- Experience liaising with governmental authorities, national/international institutions, UN agencies, and NGOs
- Experience working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking, and other vulnerable groups
- Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organizations in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage
Qualification Requirements
School diploma; or Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or related fields
