Overview
Provide support to Assisted Voluntary Return & Reintegration (AVRR) activities, including communication, referrals, and monitoring of assistance for beneficiaries.
Tasks Summary
- Assist in project implementation and monitoring
- Retrieve, compile, summarize, and present project data
- Monitor budget and verify fund availability
- Support administrative coordination of project implementation
- Draft status reports and correspondence
- Organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- Respond to information requests and maintain files
Experience Requirements
- School diploma with four years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in liaising with governmental authorities, national/international institutions, UN agencies, and NGOs
- Experience working with migrants, refugees, IDPs, victims of trafficking, and other vulnerable groups
- Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, NGOs, or government institutions in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage
Qualification Requirements
School diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or related fields from an accredited academic institution
