Overview
The Digital Engagement Analyst will support UNRWA’s Digital Fundraising activities by managing data reporting, technical integrations, and donor segmentation.
Tasks Summary
- Monitor, analyse, and report on income from Individual Giving fundraising
- Produce reports on fundraising KPIs, such as donor acquisition and retention rate
- Track and analyse performance across fundraising channels (Mailchimp, Google Ads, Meta Ads, donation website)
- Monitor website performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Measure and evaluate creative content performance
- Assess campaign performance against objectives
- Manage donor segmentation within CRM and related platforms
- Collaborate to test and refine segmented campaigns
- Provide updates and presentations to internal stakeholders
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve donor acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Support technical integrations across key platforms (Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google Ads, analytics tools)
- Support department with budget development and income/cost forecasting
- Support billing processes for external partners
Experience Requirements
- Two years of relevant work experience is required
- Experience in analysing fundraising analytics data is required
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management, economics, information systems, engineering, general sciences, or related field
