Overview
Support the programme management work of the UNRSF project portfolio and programme activities, ensuring high-quality delivery across the full project cycle. Contribute to project planning, assessment, implementation monitoring, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and programme-related communications.
Tasks Summary
- Assist in planning and organizing calls for proposals
- Support participating organizations in preparing project submissions
- Coordinate administrative and technical reviews of proposals and compile assessment summaries
- Support preparation of approval documents and ensure timely processing of project agreements and fund transfers
- Track progress of UNRSF-funded projects against workplans and indicators
- Collect and consolidate project information into results-based management (RBM) tools
- Draft inputs for narrative updates, donor reports, annual reports, and internal briefs
- Support coordination with implementing UN organizations, project partners, and national counterparts
- Assist in preparing inputs for meetings of the Advisory Board, Steering Committee, and Platforms of Engagement
- Contribute to maintaining coherent messaging and information sharing across UNRSF partners
- Support preparation of briefs, talking points, presentations, and project-related communication materials
- Assist in documenting lessons learned, success stories, and best practices from completed projects
- Perform additional tasks as required
Experience Requirements
- At least two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in programme or project management, administration, or a related field is required
- Experience with results-based management, monitoring, or evaluation is desirable
- Experience contributing to partnership engagement or resource mobilization activities is an advantage
- Experience coordinating stakeholders, partners, or multi-agency processes is desirable
- Experience working in or with the United Nations system, another international organization, or a multi-stakeholder environment is an advantage
Qualification Requirements
• A first level degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Public Administration, or another relevant field is required
