Overview

Facilitate market-related soft skills training for youth and women entrepreneurs, and train TVET instructors and youth facilitators.

Tasks Summary

• Co-develop, review, and contextualize soft skills training materials and facilitation guide, integrating PSEA content.
• Oversee translation of materials into local languages, if required.
• Deliver a 5-day in-person Training of Trainers (ToT) in Freetown.
• Deliver two 3-day workshops for youth and women entrepreneurs.
• Complete post-training assessments and submit final reports.

Experience Requirements

• Experience in developing and delivering soft skills training, including PSEA and gender sensitivity.
• Experience in training TVET instructors and youth facilitators.
• Experience in working with youth and women entrepreneurs.
