Thinking about applying? 🤔 Let us introduce you to INPRO! We are a youth-focused NGO working in non-formal education, community development, and international mobility programs. As a volunteer, you’ll be actively involved in everyday project life, from organising workshops and events for local youth to going on school visits and promoting Erasmus+ and ESC opportunities. You’ll also create social media content, assist with communication and outreach, and take part in planning and facilitating activities that bring young people together. This is a hands-on experience where your ideas actually matter. We welcome volunteers with interests or skills in social media, photography, video, marketing, blogging, web content, teaching, public speaking, or simply strong motivation to learn and engage. 📢 Important: Due to formal restrictions, we cannot host volunteers from visa-required countries. 📘 Learn more in our info pack: https://shorturl.at/HpDZt Accommodation, food and transport arrangements As a volunteer, you’ll receive pocket money and food allowance in euros, transferred directly to your EUR account, to cover your daily expenses during the program. On top of that, your travel costs will be reimbursed according to ESC rules. You’ll be staying in a cosy 2-bedroom apartment on Baldachówka Street, right in the heart of Rzeszów! 🏡 The flat is just a 10-minute walk from our office and comes with a shared kitchen and bathroom. You’ll live together with other volunteers, sharing a room with someone of the same gender, perfect for building friendships! Training during the activity Your journey with INPRO begins with an onboarding training at our office in Rzeszów, where you’ll get to know the team, explore your role, and learn more about our activities. Soon after, you’ll take part in a week-long on-arrival training in Warsaw, organised by the Polish National Agency. There, you’ll meet other ESC volunteers from all over Poland, learn more about the ESC program, and gain useful skills that will support you throughout your volunteering journey. 📢 Curious to see what life at INPRO looks like before you join?
