Internship to support strategic communication, engagement, and event implementation for the Planning Network for Development in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Tasks Summary

• Develop graphic, narrative and audiovisual content to enhance Network visibility
• Contribute to event organization, supporting logistics, communication, and systematization
• Ensure clear, coherent, and high-quality presentation across materials and activities
• Support updating and dissemination of key information to strengthen exchange and collaboration

Experience Requirements

Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience. However, a field of study that is closely related to the type of internship that you are applying for is required.

Qualification Requirements

• Be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
• Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher)
• Minimum required education is a high school diploma
• Undergraduate students in their final semester, or Graduate students (currently enrolled or recently completed) in fields such as Social Sciences, Communication, International Relations, Educational Technologies, Public Administration, or related areas

Languages Required: Fluency in Spanish is required.

Contract Duration: 4 months

Work Modality: Santiago

Remuneration: Interns are not financially remunerated by the United Nations. Costs and arrangements for travel, visas, accommodation and living expenses are the responsibility of interns or their sponsoring institutions.
