UNDP Procurement Notice: RFQ/LTA/2601/01 Long Term Agreement for Provisioning of Hotel Service
REQUEST FOR QUOTATION Long Term Agreement for the Provision of Conference Facilities/Hotel Accommodation Services to United Nations Agencies The United Nations in Sri Lanka regularly organizes conferences, workshops, seminars, meetings, and retreats (refers as “Conference”) in respect to its own program implementation and on behalf of other Resident and Non-Resident United Nations Agencies. To achieve best value for money from economies of scale while ensuring outstanding quality of services, on behalf United Nations agencies, UNDP Sri Lanka wishes to establish Long Term Agreements for Provision of Conference Facilities/Hotel Accommodation Services to UN Agencies with qualified Service Providers located in Sri Lanka. Kindly follow the Template provided to submit your offer. Service Providers are permitted to bid for one of the following LOTs depending on the facilities available.Each property under the hotel chain must submit its offer individually, using the business registration specific to that property. LOT 1 – Conference Facilities only LOT 2 – Accommodation Facilities Only LOT 3 – Conference and Accommodation Facilities UNDP Sri Lanka desires to establish Long Term Agreements (LTA) for a maximum period of three (3) years for Provision of Conference Facilities/Hotel Accommodation Services to UN Agencies with Multiple Service Providers specialized in this area of services. The successful Service Providers (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor(s)”) shall be contracted for an initial period of one year, and the contract shall be renewable upon satisfactory evaluation of performance. The LTA(s) shall not guarantee an estimate volume of sales on the part of United Nations Agencies. Kindly refer to the Terms of Reference attached to the overview for details. Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
