Overview
Provides advanced executive support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), managing agenda, priorities, and documentation for decision-making. Serves as a key interface with internal and external stakeholders.
Tasks Summary
- Manage and prioritize the CFO’s agenda and appointments, ensuring preparation material is available.
- Coordinate meetings, engagements, and missions with internal bodies, donors, authorities, Movement partners, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare files for decision-making, consolidate background notes, and coordinate talking points.
- Support presentations for governance mechanisms, internal boards, and donor-related discussions.
- Manage correspondence and ensure quality control in English and French with proper protocol.
- Draft and/or format briefing notes, minutes, summaries, and formal letters.
- Act as coordination focal point for donor and authority engagement.
