Overview
Seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to map and analyze accounting business processes for improvement. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement using operational excellence methodologies.
Tasks Summary
- Develop and maintain business process documentation including process maps, workflows, SOPs, user guides, training material and manuals
- Collaborate with BPO, SME, and R&A in maintaining currency of process maps and control points
- Collaborate with Orbus team to implement Orbus architecture and standardize process maps
- Organize and facilitate workshops for requirements elicitation, process analysis, and solution identification
- Collaborate with BPOs and key stakeholders to gather information
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Support BPOs in identifying and understanding stakeholder and end-user needs
- Plan User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Experience Requirements
- Experience in mapping and analyzing accounting business processes
- Experience utilizing operational excellence methodologies such as Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Lean, and Six Sigma
- Experience within a Lean/Six Sigma/Agile project methodology framework
