Overview
Develop a structured, realistic, and shared roadmap for the effective implementation and future-proofing of recommendations within a national framework for Mauritania.
Tasks Summary
- Produce a provisional roadmap detailing strategic and operational framework, priorities, timeline, institutional responsibilities, and monitoring/evaluation elements.
- Prepare agenda, materials, and tools for a one-day seminar, including presentations on project context, assessment results, and proposed roadmap.
- Produce a final roadmap incorporating seminar feedback and adjustments.
- Prepare a seminar summary report outlining proceedings, discussions, key messages, and proposed next steps.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the field of road safety.
- Demonstrated experience in developing national or sectoral strategies, implementation roadmaps, or policy frameworks.
Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, Road Safety Engineering, Urban/Transport Planning, or a closely related field with a strong focus on road design and traffic safety.
