Overview

This internship supports research for the World Wildlife Crime Report. The role involves desk-based research and dissemination of findings.

Tasks Summary

• Conduct online literature searches on wildlife trafficking
• Draft annotated bibliographies of wildlife crime literature
• Draft literature reviews for specific wildlife crime areas
• Assist with events as required
• Check citations and manage citation management software
• Support research dissemination via social media

Experience Requirements

Applicants are not required to have professional work experience.

Qualification Requirements

• HS Diploma
• Enrolled in or recently completed a graduate school program (second university degree or equivalent, or higher)
• OR enrolled in or recently completed the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
• Good knowledge of standard software applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams)
• Ability to conduct thorough literature reviews
