Overview
This internship supports research for the World Wildlife Crime Report. The role involves desk-based research and dissemination of findings.
Tasks Summary
- Conduct online literature searches on wildlife trafficking
- Draft annotated bibliographies of wildlife crime literature
- Draft literature reviews for specific wildlife crime areas
- Assist with events as required
- Check citations and manage citation management software
- Support research dissemination via social media
Experience Requirements
Applicants are not required to have professional work experience.
Qualification Requirements
- HS Diploma
- Enrolled in or recently completed a graduate school program (second university degree or equivalent, or higher)
- OR enrolled in or recently completed the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of standard software applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams)
- Ability to conduct thorough literature reviews
