Overview

Support the development and implementation of national prevention operational workplans and strengthen integration between prevention, diagnostics, treatment and care, and MERL workstreams.

Tasks Summary

• Support the development and implementation of national prevention operational workplans.
• Coordinate with relevant government programmes, civil society organisations, and development partners.
• Support the drafting, revision, and harmonisation of prevention-related guidance documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide technical and coordination support to strengthen integration between prevention, diagnostics, treatment and care, and MERL workstreams.
• Support the generation and synthesis of evidence to inform prevention programming and decision-making.
• Support routine monitoring and reporting of prevention activities.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years’ experience in sexual health or HIV program management. Knowledge of human rights-based approaches, gender equality, and community engagement. Experience with national health systems desirable.

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor's degree or its equivalent, in nursing, medicine, public health, science, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications in any of the above disciplines is an advantage.

Other Details

Languages Required: Fluency in the English language.

Languages Preferred: Fluency in the iTaukei language is an asset.

Contract Duration: 12 months initially

Remuneration: Salary for this role will start from FJD 33,557.21 to FJD 62,958.41, based on qualifications and experience.
