Overview

Support the functional warehouse infrastructure for SRH, HIV, STI, BBV, and TB commodities, ensuring compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP). This includes cold chain and secure storage zones, temperature monitoring, and controlled access.

Tasks Summary
  • Support the functional warehouse infrastructure for SRH, HIV, STI, BBV, and TB commodities, ensuring compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP).
  • Support the development and upgrading of SOPs, compliance protocols, and quality assurance (QA) systems for the management and reporting of SRH, HIV, STI, BBV, and TB pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical commodities.
  • Support the integrated stock-tracking systems with real-time dashboards using national LMIS (Logistics Management and Information System) tools.
  • Develop and support Warehouse Lead to coordinate national distribution and replenishment plans.
  • Provide support in capacity-building and supportive supervision for supply-chain personnel.
  • Support in the development of a Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and performance-monitoring framework for warehouse operations and the national supply chain.
  • Oversee receipt, documentation, and distribution of donated or in-kind commodities.
  • Mentor and provide on-the-job coaching to FPBSC and divisional logistics officers.
Experience Requirements
  • At least five years’ relevant experience in forecasting, procurement, and distribution of products, preferably health products.
  • Professional experience in supply chain systems, inventory control, and procurement planning aligned with international and national standards.
Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in pharmacy, Public Health, or related field.
  • Post graduate qualifications in Business Administration, Warehouse Management or related field will be an advantage.
Other Details

Languages Required: • Fluency in the English language.

Languages Preferred: • Fluency in the iTaukei language is an asset.

Contract Duration: 12 months initially

Work Modality:

Remuneration: Salary for this role will start from FJD 38,557.21 to FJD 62,958.41, based on qualifications and experience.
