Overview

The Associate Coordination Officer (SGIM) contributes to the coordination and optimization of projects and processes within the Division of Information Management, supporting programme and finance management, effective communication, and harmonization of Divisional inputs to Departmental processes.

Tasks Summary
  • Providing support and guidance to managers on the programme and budget process.
  • Acting as a focal point for coordinating, reviewing and harmonizing input to Departmental processes.
  • Contributing to monitoring of HR costs and non-HR expenditure.
  • Contributing to review exercises and other transversal Divisional projects.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and information projects.
  • Providing support to Divisional outputs, including proofreading, editing and quality checks.
Experience Requirements

Minimum of two years of relevant experience, preferably in an international environment coordinating business needs and liaising with relevant stakeholders. Experience in assisting management at all levels, as well as staff members, to facilitate achievements while complying with organizational rules, regulations and practices. Experience contributing to communications initiatives in English language, including proofreading and editing. Hands-on experience of an ERP system is required.

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor's Degree - University degree in business administration, management, social sciences, communications or a related field.

Other Details

Languages Required: Excellent oral and written command of English.

Languages Preferred: Knowledge of other official IAEA languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish) an asset.

Contract Duration: 36 months

Work Modality:

Remuneration: Tax-free annual net base salary starting at US $55163 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance), a variable post adjustment which currently amounts to US $ 31167*, dependency benefits, rental subsidy, education grant, relocation and repatriation expenses; Other benefits include 6 weeks' annual leave, home leave travel, pension plan and health insurance.
