Tasks Summary
- Conduct daily social listening scans using Talkwalker tool to identify trends, risks, misinformation, and public sentiment.
- Produce concise daily summaries highlighting key findings and significant conversations on high-priority hazards.
- Develop weekly reports synthesizing observed patterns, shifts in narratives, and strategic considerations.
- Provide timely alerts on emerging issues requiring immediate attention within 1 day.
Experience Requirements
- Strong understanding of digital media landscapes and the dynamics of information spread during public health emergencies.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to identify patterns in data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in the use of social media monitoring tools and data analysis software, such as Talkwalker, is desirable.
Qualification Requirements
• A degree in communication or a related field is considered an asset.
