Overview
The role involves supporting and enhancing the current configuration of Workday HCM and deploying new functionalities, particularly related to Talent Management business processes. The consultant will work with HR units to understand business needs and provide digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the hypercare project team and partner with HR units to understand business needs, assess challenges, and provide digital solutions.
- Drive prioritization of requests, ensure efficient backlog management, and maintain Workday HCM configuration.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proactively address complex challenges and requirements by offering innovative solutions.
- Leverage Workday expertise, promote and implement Workday best practices.
- Prototype and configure solutions in Workday following high quality standards.
- Demonstrate prototypes to business stakeholders and provide amendments until business acceptance is received.
- Ensure functional solutions are compatible with all Workday HCM modules and configurations.
- Assist the creation of test scenarios and facilitate user testing.
- Lead and prioritize backlog, resolve issues and bugs.
- Support the migration of configuration between tenants.
- Support data migration and integrations.
- Actively participate in training internal resources and knowledge sharing.
- Other tasks as required.
Required Experience
- 5+ years prior experience implementing Workday HCM with a certified Workday implementer.
- Experience with solution design, system configuration and implementation of changes within Workday.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions within Workday.
- Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client relationship management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands.
Qualifications
- University’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field of study.
- Existing and up to date Workday Certification(s).
