Overview

The Access Rights Management Officer assists the Head of the Confidentiality and Due Diligence Desk with the administration of Access Rights Management, ensuring workflow management in accordance with the INTERPOL Confidentiality Regime and supporting internal communication and awareness raising.

Tasks Summary
  • Monitor IT access rights granted to INTERPOL staff and other persons.
  • Control and manage access rights requests, ensuring respect of access rights policies.
  • Monitor granted access rights and document irregularities.
  • Monitor departures and users’ accounts deletion.
  • Coordinate individual access rights modifications and repercussion of structural changes.
  • Keep information assets and information custodians inventories up to date.
  • Assist information custodians in performing their duties.
  • Develop and document methods of work and processes, writing SOP.
  • Perform internal and external communication relating to the post.
  • Ensure development and delivery of induction training for incoming staff.
  • Participate in confidentiality awareness training for staff.
  • Prepare information material and manuals.
  • Update procedures, policies and files and ensures their communication.
  • Maintain relevant contact and confidentiality related information.
  • Update internal communication including Intranet pages of unit.
  • Assist in the functioning of the Confidentiality and Due Diligence Desk.
  • Collaborate on the implementation and improvement of Identity and Access Management (IAM), IT systems, practices, and processes.
  • Perform any other duties as required by the hierarchy.
Experience Requirements

At least 3 (three) years of experience in the Identity and Access Management or IT security field is required.

Qualification Requirements
  • Three to four years of completed university education is required – a master’s degree or equivalent would be an asset - in the field of information technology, computer science, information security, information systems, engineering, or a related field
  • One or more internationally recognized IT Security Certifications (CISM, CISA, CISSP, CEH, etc.)
Other Details

Languages Required: Fluency in English is required.

Languages Preferred: Proficiency in another official working language of the Organization (Arabic, French, Spanish) would be an additional asset.

Contract Duration: 12.00 months
