Overview

Provides administrative, procedural, and operational support for the efficient implementation of recruitment services, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in compliance with UNICEF HR rules and regulations.

Tasks Summary
  • Responsible for service delivery to designated client groups within expected SLAs with accuracy and high-quality standards.
  • Liaises with Business Partners and Hiring Managers along the recruitment process including longlisting of candidates, coordinating assessments etc.
  • Acts as the focal point for candidates in the various stages of the recruitment process.
  • Monitors the full life-cycle of recruitment process.
  • Arranges and organizes online assessments.
  • Coordinates interview arrangements.
  • Informs unsuccessful candidates by sending timely system notifications.
  • Maintains talent pools.
  • Keeps abreast of recruitment related policies and procedures.
  • Escalates any non-compliance to the People & Culture Officer.
  • Liaises with GSSC HR Administration Onboarding as necessary.
Experience Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in human resources administration and a minimum of one (1) year experience in recruitment administration or talent management support is required. A completed university degree from an accredited institution will be counted towards the minimum work experience requirement. Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience is required for candidates holding bachelor’s degree in relevant fields. A relevant master’s degree may replace additional two (2) years.

Qualification Requirements

Completion of secondary education (high school diploma) is a minimum requirement.

Other Details

Languages Required: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.

Languages Preferred: Intermediate level of French or Spanish or Arabic (verbal and written) is an asset. Knowledge of an additional UN Language (Chinese, Russian) is considered an asset.
