Overview

Facilitates community sensitization meetings and training, identifies and selects refugees for Temporary Employment Program (TEP) activities, and conducts daily field monitoring visits.

Tasks Summary
  • Facilitates community sensitization meetings and training related to Temporary Employment Program (TEP) activities.
  • Works with community and other stakeholders to ensure the identification and selection of refugees into TEP activities.
  • Conducts daily field monitoring visits to ensure beneficiary attendance records are fully completed and addresses beneficiary feedback.
  • Implements program activities in the field in collaboration with Assistant Project Officer and Project Manager.
  • Conducts field level assessments and data collections, including beneficiaries' satisfaction surveys and post distribution monitoring.
  • Prepares and provides feedback on documents to facilitate beneficiary payments and informs beneficiaries on payment delays.
  • Provides activities updates to the STEP project management team.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Experience Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible relevant work experience in programme monitoring, data collection, community sensitization, conducts trainings and meetings is required. Experience in driving to field locations and possession of valid driving license in the West Bank is required.

Qualification Requirements

A university degree from an accredited educational institution in Business Administration, Project management, international relations or other relevant disciplines.

Work Modality:

Remuneration: LDC- Band E monthly basic salary ranges JOD (1,025.30). Other benefits include compulsory medical insurance, 30 days of annual leave pro-rated to the duration of the contract where less than one year, and family allowance (if applicable). Additional benefits: 2 days of sick leave for each completed month of service. Maternity Leave, upon meeting eligibility requirements. 2 weeks paternity leave, upon meeting eligibility requirements.
