Overview

The Deputy Shop Manager role is responsible for motivating teams, creating a safe and energised work environment, and achieving business results. The role involves delegating tasks to volunteers and attracting new supporters.

Tasks Summary
  • - Support development and maintenance of successful, inclusive and diverse team.
  • - Support effective retail processes and strong merchandising.
  • - Build positive relationships with colleagues, provide excellent customer service, and engage with local community and other civil society organisations.
  • - Demonstrate resilience to everyday pressures and manage conflicting demands.
  • - Interpret basic financial reports, monitor budgets and maintain shops administrative systems.
Experience Requirements

Some commercial awareness with ability to support effective retail processes and strong merchandising.
