Overview
The Grants Coordinator will coordinate the process of ensuring donor compliance and reporting by following established processes and ensuring all documentation aligns with donor and Plan International guidelines.
Tasks Summary
- Assist the line manager in drafting and revising policies and procedures related to grant management.
- Maintain understanding of donor policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Support the team to ensure projects meet donor requirements in quality and time.
- Proactively identify donor compliance risks and advise relevant teams.
- Work closely with the BD unit and lead on developing Funding Agreement Documents.
- Review Grants Amendments.
- Conduct briefing sessions on donor requirements and reporting templates.
- Lead on project creation and closure on SAP/ERP system.
- Ensure quality information management related to grants.
- Work with Finance and Programme Teams to ensure effective utilization of grants monitoring systems.
- Conduct Monthly grants review meetings.
- Monitor and support income recognition and reporting.
- Ensure Grant Budget proposals are prepared in conformity with cost recovery.
- Take the lead on internal and external reporting.
- Maintain up to date reporting tracker.
- Ensure appropriate openings and closings of grants.
- Report on a quarterly basis funding on activity info.
- Support the line manager to coordinate Plan International Lebanon’s quarterly reporting process.
- Support the grants and partnerships officer in conducting partnership assessments.
- Contribute to Partnership Agreements.
