Overview
The Data Collector – DIEM Survey will oversee field data collection, guide and train enumerators, ensure data accuracy and timely submission, maintain field records, and facilitate communication between field teams and project management.
Tasks Summary
- Attend and participate in training sessions.
- Organize and oversee enumerator participation and training.
- Guide enumerators in gathering baseline and monitoring data.
- Monitor project activities through field visits and ensure adherence to protocols.
- Supervise the collection of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Collect agricultural market information.
- Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of questionnaires, field notes, and data collection tools.
- Maintain organized records of field activities.
- Prepare periodic progress reports.
- Support the documentation of community consultations, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions.
- Contribute to the development of input/material distribution plans and document implementation processes.
- Ensure proper archiving of project-related documents.
- Inform beneficiaries about AAP messages and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure complaints and feedback from beneficiaries are recorded, addressed, and responded to.
- Facilitate and/or support trainings, capacity-building activities, and learning events.
- Coordinate with field teams for smooth implementation.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing field operations, data collection, and administrative coordination.
- Strong proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and timely reporting.
Qualification Requirements
• University graduate with proven ability to learn quickly and handle multidisciplinary tasks efficiently.
