Overview
Provide psychosocial/psychological support to children and caregivers involved in a diversion and restorative justice pilot. The role involves case-based support, participation in multidisciplinary case coordination, and monitoring of progress to contribute to child well-being and successful reintegration.
Tasks Summary
- Provide professional psychosocial/psychological support to children and caregivers involved in the diversion and restorative justice pilot.
- Provide psychosocial support to selected cases supported by MLSP social workers where psychological intervention is required.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case coordination with relevant partners.
- Systematically monitor progress of cases.
- Maintain confidential documentation and anonymized monitoring.
Experience Requirements
- Practical experience in providing professional psychological support.
- Experience in working with vulnerable groups of the population, especially with families with children, including in difficult life situations.
- Provision of psychosocial services to children and caregivers under the diversion/restorative justice pilot (priority).
Qualification Requirements
- A university degree in psychology is required.
- A master’s degree in psychology is an asset.
