Overview
This position provides professional technical assistance to strengthen country programme management and activities, including data collection, analysis, and information sharing. It also involves monitoring programme funds and evaluations to improve performance.
Tasks Summary
- Provide technical contribution to and participation in effective knowledge management.
- Administer effective monitoring systems and analyze socio-political-economic trends.
- Monitor programme funds for optimum use.
- Conduct programme monitoring and evaluations effectively.
- Provide technical support and assistance to elevate the quality of rights-based projects/programmes.
- Contribute and support to build and reinforce commitment and institutional capacities of local partners.
- Incorporate rights perspective and advocacy at community and family levels in policy analysis.
- Provide technical support and assistance to enhance effective communication and networking.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in field, programmes and relates areas.
- Experience working in a developing country is considered as an asset.
- Background/familiarity with emergency is considered as an asset.
Qualification Requirements
A university degree in one of the following fields is required: Social Sciences, International Relations, Government, Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Policy, Social Development, Community Development, or another relevant technical field.
